  • Top-up at a top-up location

    With over 125 top-up locations, you can top-up your phone anywhere on the Dutch and French side! Just look for the “Chippie SOLD HERE” sign. There are two main top-up methods:

    Option 1 - DIRECT TOP UP

    With direct top-up, you enter your phone number directly onto a keypad in the store. The funds will be sent directly to your account by the store attendant.

    Option 2 - VOUCHER TOP UP

    With voucher top up you purchase top-up in the form of a scratch card or E-voucher which has a unique PIN. In this case you load the voucher to your prepaid account manually using the unique PIN. You can do this in three ways:

    •  *789#

    Dial *789# on your keypad and wait for the USSD selection menu to open on your screen. Choose option 1 from the menu for 'my account' and press 'send'. Type 1 to select option 'Reload my balance' and press send. Enter your 13 digit pin and press send to confirm.

    •  *191*

    On your keypad enter *191*, your 13 digit PIN# and press send. The voucher will be loaded and you will receive a message confirming your new prepaid account balance.

    •  *91

    On your keypad dial *91. You will hear a voice recording giving access to the administrative menu of your prepaid account. Select option 2 to recharge your account. You will be told your current balance, followed by the request to enter the PIN and then press #. The voucher will be loaded and the recording will confirm your new account balance.

  • SMS recharge

    Send an SMS to automatically recharge your account and debit your Windward Island Bank (WIB) account. You can set this up at any WIB ATM machine.

  • ATM reload at your nearest WIB ATM machine

    Reload your account directly from your WIB account at any Windward Islands Bank (WIB) ATM machine. Enter your 7-digit phone number on the ATM screen and follow the instructions

  • WIB online recharge

    Use your Windward Island Bank Internet Banking service. Surf to www.wib-home.com and select option PAYMENT and beneficiary UTS/Chippie Recharge. Enter the 7-digit phone number.

  • Purchase credit with your funmiles

    Visit our UTS stores to purchase prepaid credit with your FunMiles

    You can also check your Fun Miles balance and buy credit using your Chippie mobile phone    

    1.    Check  your balance by sending keyword MILES in an SMS message to number 2222 or;    
    2.    Recharge phone balance with Fun Miles. To recharge, send keyword RC and the amount you want to recharge
    There  are  2  types  of  recharge:    
    •  RC    [SPACE]    500    
    •  RC    [SPACE]    1250    
    RC 500 will  recharge your prepaid account with ANG 10.00  and RC 1250 will recharge your prepaid acount with ANG 25.00.

  • Chippie to Chippie

    Send and receive Chippie call credit easily using your Chippie prepaid account. By simply entering a string of codes, you can now send Chippie call credit to anyone you wish to send it to; whether it is to a family member or friends.

    STEP 1 - REGISTER FREE

    Visit a UTS store to register for this free service with a valid ID and your Chippie prepaid phone. Your information will be entered in our systems and an automatic SMS will be send to your phone with your personal PIN code. You will need this PIN when sendding call credit to another Chippie number.

    STEP 2 - SEND CREDIT

    In your dialer enter the following sequence: *199*1721xxxxxxx*AMNT*PIN#. Press SEND

    Here's an example to show what these code mean:

    *199*17215555555*2500*12345#

    *199 - this code lets us know you want to transfer credit

    *17215555555 - this is the Chippie phone number you want to send credit to

    *2500 - this is the amount of ANG25 to be sent (enter this with 00 behind the amount)

    *12345# - this is your personal PIN code
