Accessing the Internet when and where you want to has just gotten a whole lot easier. With CaribServe.NET's WIFI service, you can turn downtime into uptime - even while you're vacationing in St. Maarten / St. Martin.

Getting our WIFI service is simple, all you need is your laptop computer, an internal or external WIFI card that is 802.11b/g compliant and a pre-paid WIFI access pass (can be purchased online through our WIFI web-portal -- We except all major credit cards!  All sales are final!). We provide the access point in our HotSpot locations and with more HotSpots being added, you will soon be able to stay connected to your family, friends and office almost anywhere on our friendly island.

What do I need to get online?

All you need for broadband Internet access at a CaribServe.NET wireless hotspot is a WIFI compatible laptop or mobile device and a CaribServe.NET Prepaid WIFI Access Pass.

	A laptop computer or mobile device with WIFI capability - If your laptop or PDA isn't already WIFI capable, check with an IT retailer to buy a compatible WIFI card for your laptop or PDA, which you will find priced from around $65. You'll need an 802.11b/g WIFI card.
	A CaribServe.NET Prepaid WIFI Access Card - which can can be purchased online through our WIFI web-portal -- We except all major credit cards!  All sales are final!

If you've got those two things, then it's easy. When you're in a CaribServe.NET wireless hotspot area, simply look for the SSID or Network Name: CaribServe and sign up online for service.

Please note: CaribServe.NET's wireless hotspot service can't offer guaranteed protection against viruses, the interception or misuse of your data or other harmful occurrences. We strongly recommend you protect your computing device through methods such as a firewall and anti-virus software, and use Virtual Private Network software when connecting to your office network.

Where are the Hotspots?

Our wireless hotspot service is already available in some of the areas most frequently visited by travelers on the island, such as all the major marinas and restaurants in the Simpsonbay area. More CaribServe.NET hotspots will be springing up all over the island - keep an eye out for our wireless hotspot signs when you're out and about.

What does your WIFI service cost?

CaribServe.NET's wireless hotspot service will require a prepaid access pass for access to the system. Passes may be purchased from our online portal (splash page) with any major credit card. The access passes will be sold in blocks of continuous time, which means that a 1 day pass will expire 24 hours from the time of first login regardless if the pass was used for 24 consecutive hours or not.

Help and support

Faults affecting the performance of CaribServe.NET's wireless hotspot service can originate from a number of sources, including the network, your device, or other aspects of the equipment and software you are using.

If you do experience problems, check out these trouble-shooting tips to help identify where the fault lies:

	If you forgot your PIN# or lost your CaribServe.NET Prepaid WIFI Access Card, you will have not other alternative but to purchase a new card as we do not store your personal information and thus will not be able to validate PIN ownership.
	If you are in one of CaribServe.NET's wireless hotspot locations and can see the CaribServe.NET's Wireless Broadband Hotspot Splash page and log in screen, your device is probably working correctly.
	If you think the problem is with your laptop or device, contact your equipment supplier directly to see if it's correctly installed and set up.
	If your laptop is working but you are still having problems logging in, call us +(599) 542-4233 for assistance.
	If you're experiencing problems with applications you run over this service, you will need to talk to your IT manager, application service provider, or application retailer for help.
